Returns and exchanges

At Gio Bonnets, each garment is custom-made and exclusive for each client.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchange requests will only be accepted in case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Order error attributable to the brand

The deadline to report any issue is 48 hours after receiving the product.

Exchanges are not accepted for:

• Error in measurements provided by the client

• Personal preferences after purchase
• Improper use of the garment
